WATERJET CUTTING
CNC ROUTING

What is CNC Routing?

A cnc  router is a tool that creates objects from sheet materials such as plywood, aluminum, foam, etc. The cnc machine works on the Cartesian coordinate system (X, Y, Z) for 3D motion control to move a high speed router tool. Like other cnc machines, parts can be designed on a computer using CAD/CAM software to generate a program, then cut automatically by executing the program on the machine.

This 3D water ripple effect sample was cut on our cnc router from 3/4" thick mdf. The graphics were created using Solidworks

Plywood rib structures cnc router cut. You can see the scrap negatives of these parts laying on the floor in the background.

Ornate design carved from mdf using a cnc router. A 60 degree V bit was used to make this particular carving.

This incredible wood structure was created by assembling dozens of complex parts cut from sheets of plywood on our cnc router.

This crazy wood sculpture was made possible by laminating sheets of mdf into thick blocks, then routing them to abstract shapes.

Complex shelving for a giant walk in closet cut from may sheets of material. Precise cutting allows for perfect slip fit connections.

These designer table bases were cut from high grade maple plywood. Once assembled they were finished in a white high gloss lacquer.

This one off vacuum table was designed and manufactured to mold vinyl table tops. Designed and built by yotam kehati.
