CNC PLASMA CUTTING
What is Plasma Cutting?
Plasma cutting is a process that cuts through electrically conductive materials by means of an accelerated jet of hot plasma. An electric arc generated from an external power supply is accelerated with high pressured gas flow that creates a “plasma jet”. This jet immediately reaches temperatures up to 40,000° F, quickly piercing through the work piece and blowing away the molten material.
This picture was taken a moment before the plasma jet pierces a sheet of steel. Sparks fly everywhere before penetrating the material.
Intricate hexagonal pattern cut on 1/8" thick steel. This component will later be fabricated into a custom louver.
We often use our plasma system to make cut outs for signage, ornamental designs, and various types of artwork.
Our high def plasma machines are capable of 24 hour uninterrupted cutting. Production manufacturing is our specialty!

Steel centralizer plates cut from 3/8" type A36 steel plate. We use automatic nesting software to optimize material usage, saving you money!
This cut sample demonstrates the impeccable cut quality produced by our high def plasma cutter. No burr and shiny!
1.5" thick steel parts cut, strapped, and loaded for delivery on a flatbed trailer. Our high def plasma is effective on up to 2.5" thick material.
